They Arrived When They Said. Did Not Take Long Or Disturb Much In The Resident. Unfortunately They Did Not Do Much. They Where Called To Remove Blockage In Our Sewer Line But Ended Up Telling Me That They Could Not After Only Sending 75ft Worth Of Snake Down Our Main Drain. Their Reason Was That There May Be A Septic Tank Back Up (But We Have No Septic Tank). They Suggested I Do A More Expensive Procedure Involving A Camera To Officially ID The Problem Or Have Our Septic Tank Pumped. They Did A Quick Clean Up Gave Me My Receipt And Left. I'm Really Disapointed Because I'm Having Another Plumber Come Out To Do The Necessary Work At The Same Price. I Only Left The 2 Stars Because They Where Polite And Professional While Providing My Family with Nothing But PIPE.
I had this company come out to take a look at 2 toilets and a sink. They came on time. The Techs were professional. Ray explained everything to me to I would have a full understanding. It did require to visits but the issue were resolved. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN and refer them to someone.
Was sent these guys from my home warranty company to fix a leaky 2 handle shower faucet. Ray was unwilling to fix it and wanted me to replace everything and upgrade to a new faucet at a cost of $1500 out of pocket. I was able to replace the seat and put in a new stem on both sides myself for $57 after this joker said it couldn't be done. He had no problem collecting his $75 copay though.
The Craziest Part Is That We Hired Them To Remove Blockage But They Are Not Obligate To Do So Because Their Unsure Of What The Blocked May Be???
